Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive customer retention. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them maximize the value of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Onboard new customers and provide guidance on product/service usage.
  • Monitor customer engagement and proactively address any concerns.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal teams for product/service improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance reports with clients.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and work with the sales team to drive growth.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain CRM systems with updated customer details and interactions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. ,Zoho CRM / Bigin) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
