Role & responsibilities Connect with CXO-level executives to manage sales accounts and identify growth opportunities. Build and strengthen business relationships with both current and new clients. Develop and execute account plans, conduct product demos, and respond to RFPs to meet sales targets. Manage sales accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Maintain detailed records of leads, connections, and proposals, and provide regular updates and reports on account progress and sales pipeline. Gain in-depth knowledge of Empliance products and services to provide effective solutions. Consistently use Empliance's internal sales methodology and ERM sales platforms. Maintain fiscal responsibility regarding expense management and ensure forecast accuracy.
