Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Connect with CXO-level executives to manage sales accounts and identify growth

opportunities.

  • Build and strengthen business relationships with both current and new clients.
  • Develop and execute account plans, conduct product demos, and respond to

RFPs to meet sales targets.

  • Manage sales accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, connections, and proposals, and provide

regular updates and reports on account progress and sales pipeline.

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Empliance products and services to provide effective

solutions.

  • Consistently use Empliance's internal sales methodology and ERM sales

platforms.

  • Maintain fiscal responsibility regarding expense management and ensure forecast accuracy.
