Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client onboarding, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Tech, Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless and timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively implement corrective measures to enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Generate and present detailed reports and insights on service performance, compliance status, and key metrics.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups for contract renewals, data collection, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance client experience and streamline internal operations.
  • Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and alignment with client expectations.
