Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and provide first-time resolution on emails and calls.
  • Educate customers and provide relevant information related to customer queries.
  • Deliver daily productivity targets and adhere process SOPs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for extensions, support, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintaining TAT of resolving issues within 48 hrs.
  • Identify and report product-related issues to control uneven inflow.
  • Identify changes required in current SOPs and publish for Final decision amongst Leadership

Skills Required:

  • Non-Tech Graduate Freshers with good communication/Writing skills.
  • Tech Graduates with blended process customer service experience of 12 months and above.
  • Mandatory Languages - English and Hindi.
  • Flexible to work with rotational shifts and rotation week offs.
