Team Lead

A Mobikwik VKYC Team Lead is responsible for managing and leading a team focused on digital VKYC (Video Know Your Customer) processes within the fintech company, Mobikwik . This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, implementing operational efficiencies, and driving the team's performance in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team, providing direction, coaching, and mentorship. VKYC Operations: Oversee the team's VKYC procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and operational efficiencies. Data Analysis: Analyze data to forecast trends, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions. Collaboration: Work with other teams, including product and business development, to improve the member onboarding experience. Goal Setting & KPI Management: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and progress. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, both internally and externally. Skills and Experience: Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, including two years of experience overseeing inbound operations with strong knowledge of related KRAs and KPIs. VKYC Expertise: Strong knowledge of VKYC processes, regulations, and best practices, particularly within the financial services sector. Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with strong Excel skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve complex problems creatively, and handle ambiguous situations. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Technical Skills: Comfortable with technology and digital tools, and adaptable to change.
