About the Role:

Customer Success Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Execute technical changes, enhancements, and fixes to ensure system stability.
Collaborate directly with client teams for live troubleshooting and support.
Ensure seamless system functionality and proactively resolve issues.
Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain clear documentation of all technical activities and resolutions.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in a Customer Success / Technical Support / System Engineer role.
Strong understanding of system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and technical fixes.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with immediate problem-solving capabilities.
Familiarity with live support environments and cross-functional collaboration.
