Job Description

Customer Success Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the products and infrastructure.
  • Install and configure software with

    medical imaging devices/PACS

    , ensuring a smooth workflow and seamless integration.
  • Provide first-line

    technical support

    for users of our solutions, addressing their inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and reproduce technical issues while working closely with multiple sub-departments within the organization to deliver a speedy resolution.
  • Document, triage, resolve, and escalate support cases promptly according to defined

    SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

    .
  • Proactively seek user feedback and collaborate with internal teams to achieve customer delight.
  • Participate in the development and testing of new features and functionalities of the products.
  • Attend internal training and meetings regularly to keep up to date with the latest technology and internal system processes.
  • Develop and sustain productive customer relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Carry out other ancillary tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of

    HTTP, TCP computer networks

    .
  • Customer experience focused

    ; the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers as well as with internal engineers.
  • Experience and skills in

    debugging and troubleshooting

    issues.
  • Project management skills

    and the ability to stay calm, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Understanding of

    third-party integrations, API

  • Experience diagnosing and solving

    computer networking issues

  • Familiarity with

    virtualized software infrastructure

  • Practical, day-to-day experience with

    Linux/Windows

    and proficient at the

    command line

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

QUALIFICATION:

  • B.E or Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT or Equivalent Bachelor's Degree.
