Role Description

TagMango is on the lookout for a Customer Success Associate who’s got the magic touch to keep our global creator base delighted. This is a night shift role where you’ll work closely with international customers, helping them unlock the full power of our platform.

Your Day-to-Day:

- Be the hero customers need, whenever they need you - across different time zones.

- Guide them to unlock the full potential of our platform with clarity and patience.

- Build connections that last longer than your favourite Netflix series.

🕒 Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (adjusted during Daylight Saving periods)

💰 Compensation: ₹8 LPA + ₹10,000/month night shift allowance + Incentives + ESOPs

Qualifications

• Customer Engagement and Customer Support skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Cross-selling and Upselling skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in customer success or related role
• Preferably worked previous in SAAS CS Roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Comfortable working night shifts and adjusting to DST changes
