About the Role

Responsibilities

• Design

  engaging social media posts

  that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Create

  conversion-optimized landing pages

  to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Ensure all designs follow

  modern design principles and trends

  for maximum impact.
• Work with

  Figma

  to develop and maintain scalable design systems.
• Apply a strong sense of

  color theory, typography, and layout design

  to deliver aesthetic and functional outcomes.
• Iterate designs based on feedback to continually improve user experience and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a

  UI/UX Designer / Visual Designer / Product Designer

  or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing

  social media creatives, landing pages, and modern UI/UX designs

  .
• Proficiency in

  Figma

  is a must.
• Deep understanding of

  color usage, typography, and visual hierarchy

  .
• Awareness of

  modern design trends

  and ability to adapt them to business needs.
• Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with

  motion graphics/animations

  for social media.
• Knowledge of

  basic HTML/CSS

  for better design-to-development handoff.
• Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
