Job Description

As a member of The Urban India, you will play a crucial role in enhancing urban living in India through your dedication to providing exceptional customer support and resolving client issues. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and responding to a high volume of email inquiries efficiently and effectively. - Providing exceptional customer support and resolving client issues through inbound communication. - Analyzing customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement. - Assisting customers in understanding products and services. - Recording and maintaining accurate customer interactions in the CRM system. - Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience. - Conducting follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction. - Training new team members on email etiquette and customer service protocols. - Monitoring email inboxes and prioritizing messages based on urgency and importance. - Gathering and reporting on customer insights and data analytics. - Maintaining knowledge of product features and updates to assist customers effectively. - Escalating complex customer issues to management as necessary. - Contributing to team meetings by sharing insights and recommending best practices. - Maintaining personal performance metrics to meet team goals and objectives. - Staying updated with industry trends to provide knowledgeable support. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data successfully. - Previous experience in handling inbound email communications preferred. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Proven track record of resolving customer issues efficiently. - Attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus on customer needs. - Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and processes. - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. - A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others. - Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.,
