Role Overview:

Loss Prevention Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in virtual audits and daily store monitoring.
• Verify incident reports, video requests, and other operational data.
• Maintain and update records accurately in the internal portal.
• Prepare and submit daily shift start/end reports to managers.
• Support investigations and operational tasks assigned by the team.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Additional courses in MS Office, data management, or auditing are a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office Suite, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and observation skills.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask.
• Client-focused with a strong sense of accuracy and accountability.
