Position Summary

Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues while providing clear solutions and guidance.
• Document all interactions in the customer service system accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary.
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist management in day-to-day activities, such as data entry, reporting, and product ordering. 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call-center environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient with computers and basic software (CRM systems experience a plus).
• Positive attitude, empathy, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
