Your typical day will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing excellent customer service. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong technical knowledge of Customer Technical Support.-Should have experience in Genesys, ct IVR- 3 Good To Have Skills:Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Technical Support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
