We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Baristas to join our caf team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and helping to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and take food and drink orders with a positive and engaging attitude. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to standard. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and potential allergens. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently and safely. Handle transactions using the POS system and manage cash/card payments accurately. Keep the caf clean and organized, including the counter, seating area, and restrooms. Restock supplies and rotate inventory as needed (cups, milk, coffee beans, etc.). Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. Assist in opening and closing duties as required. Contribute to a positive team environment and support coworkers during busy periods. Qualifications: Previous experience in a caf or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Willingness to learn and follow directions. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. [Optional] Basic latte art or barista certification is a plus.
