Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries across calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social platforms with empathy and professionalism.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Resolve product/service issues effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Educate customers about our products and help them make informed decisions.

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, inventory) for smooth order fulfilment.

• 
  Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.

• Passion for pets and empathy toward pet parents.

• Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure.

• Previous customer support experience is a plus.
