Job Description: Customer Relations Executive – Medicann
Location: On Site (Jabalpur)Job Type: Full-timeIndustry: Ayurvedic Cannabis WellnessAbout MedicannMedicann is a certified Ayurvedic cannabis wellness brand focused on helping patients manage pain, sleep issues, stress, anxiety, and chronic ailments through doctor-guided consultations and safe, legal products. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive to handle patient coordination, backend operations, and sales support.Role OverviewCustomer Relations Executive will act as the central point of coordination between patients, doctors, the operations team, and logistics partners. The role involves managing consultations, ensuring smooth order processing, overseeing packaging follow-ups, and delivering a seamless customer experience end-to-end.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient & Sales CoordinationSchedule doctor consultations for patients and maintain daily consultation calendars.Share consultation links, reminders, and follow-up messages with patients.Ensure consultations happen on time by coordinating with the doctor.Answer basic patient queries regarding products, consultation steps, and order timelines.Update CRM/sheets with patient status, consultation outcomes, and order readiness.Order & Packaging OversightCoordinate with the backend team to ensure orders are packed correctly.Double-check order accuracy (products, dosage instructions, doctor prescription if applicable).Ensure packaging meets brand and safety standards.Line up daily orders based on priority and consultation completion.Logistics & Dispatch ManagementHand over packed orders to the courier partner on time.Generate shipping labels and maintain dispatch records.Send tracking details to customers proactively.Follow up on delayed shipments and resolve delivery issues.Maintain inventory and packaging stock levels; report low stock promptly.Backend AdministrationMaintain daily MIS reports (consultations, orders, dispatches, revenue).Coordinate with the doctor and operations team for smooth workflow.Support the sales team with leads follow-up, WhatsApp communication, and post-consultation nurturing.Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in operations, inside sales, customer support, or healthcare coordination (preferred).Excellent communication and follow-up skills.Fluent English, Hindi and preferably other South Indian Languages Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, basic CRM tools, and courier dashboards.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Empathy and professionalism while dealing with patients.What We OfferCompetitive salaryOpportunity to grow within India’s emerging medical cannabis sector.Supportive, young, fast-moving work environment.Exposure to healthcare operations and wellness product logistics.
