  • Support e-commerce operations by troubleshooting order processing issues and providing solutions.
  • Use MS Office and Google tools to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Apply analytical and logical reasoning to identify problems and propose solutions to vendors and suppliers.
