About the Role

Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to shipment status, delivery schedules, and service issues via email, phone, and CRM systems
  • Monitor shipment tracking, inward-outward movements, and provide timely updates to customers
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams, transport partners, and operations staff for smooth order processing and dispatch
  • Manage documentation including PODs, AWBs, invoices, and shipment reports
  • Resolve customer escalations and ensure timely closure with root-cause analysis
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and customer accounts
  • Support account managers in client onboarding and service improvement initiatives
  • Follow company SOPs, compliance guidelines, and service quality standards
