Shining Stars ITPL is expanding its Customer Care division and is looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join the team. This role involves handling both domestic and international customer interactions while delivering high-quality service and support.

Compensation Structure

For Freshers:

CTC: 15,000
Performance Bonus: 3,000
Additional Incentives

For Experienced Candidates:

CTC: Up to 17,000
Performance Bonus: 3,000
Additional Incentives

Eligibility Criteria:-

Education:
Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Communication Skills:
Excellent spoken English is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from international customers
Address customer queries with clarity and professionalism
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Assist customers with order placement, returns, and account-related concerns
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company tools, systems, and processes
