Job Description

Shifttocloud Software is looking for a Customer Service / Technical Support Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience handling customer chats and remote support, and the ability to assist international clients with product-related queries. Basic technical knowledge and a customer-first attitude are key to this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through chat, email (Outlook), and calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide remote support to customers and guide them through step-by-step solutions.
  • Assist customers with basic technical and product-related issues.
  • Communicate effectively with foreign (international) clients and ensure clear understanding of their concerns.
  • Log, track, and update customer issues using ticketing or CRM tools.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams and follow up until closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.

Requirements:

  • Any qualification (Graduates preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or helpdesk roles.
  • Experience in managing customer chats, emails (Outlook), and remote support tools.
  • Prior experience handling international/foreign clients is mandatory.
  • Basic computer knowledge and understanding of common software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in shift-based environments.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
