We are hiring for Multinational BPO at Gurgaon / Noida and Lucknow locations!

Locations : Gurgaon

5/6 days working

Rotational Shifts

Both Side cabs are available for US Shifts / For domestic it will be Day shifts and shuttle facility

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate / UG / Fresher / Experience all are eligible.

• Candidate must be fluent in English language.

• Candidate must be comfortable with the rotational shifts and rotational off.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by listening to them and solving their problems.

• Solve Customer Queries via chat and email and handle customer efficiently.

• Interacting with clients and build rapport with prospects to understand their needs.

• Possessing the knowledge and ability to improve customer service experience of the customers.

Locations : Noida

Salary Slab upto 3.5 LPA

5/6 Days working

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate / UG / Fresher / Experience all are eligible.

• Candidate must be fluent in English language.

• Candidate must be comfortable with the rotational shifts and rotational off.

Locations : Lucknow

Salary Slab up to 2.4 LPA + 3k Performance based incentives + Retention Bonus of RS. 12k after 3 months of probation period.

6 Days working

• Any Graduate / UG / Fresher / Experience all are eligible.

• Candidate must be fluent in English language.

• Candidate must be comfortable with the rotational shifts and rotational off.
