Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities would comprise of:

Provide customers assistance on requests received via Calls/Emails/Portal Booking

Provide Customers with regular updates and service information.

Coordinate updating of Customer database.

Proactive identification of priority issues to curb escalation.

Ensure coordination between all departments regarding Customer touch points(interface).

Responsible to capture Customer feedback at various stages.

Keep an overview of complaints and drive for amicable resolution.

Quality:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream

• Minimum work experience of 2 years in Customer Service

• Excellent communication skills (Read/Write/Speak) English.

• Excellent communication skills (Speak/Read) Hindi.

• Any one from Call Center & Automotive Industry background would be an added advantage.

• Any other languages known will be an added advantage.
