Job Description

You will be responsible for managing and expanding the international export business in African countries, focusing on new business development, strengthening existing operations, and ensuring high-quality customer support. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of African markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with distributors, partners, and clients. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating new market opportunities across African countries, developing strategic plans for market entry, understanding product potential and growth strategies, and establishing relationships with partners, agents, and distributors. Additionally, you will monitor sales trends, collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient operations, provide support in existing countries, and implement strategies for growth. As the primary point of contact for export-related customer inquiries, you will manage post-sales support, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, and resolve any complaints promptly. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience in export business development (preferably in healthcare/medical devices), a strong understanding of international trade laws and export documentation, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and a willingness to travel internationally as needed.,
