Position Overview: We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM Executive) who will act as the voice of the brand to our corporate clients , ensuring smooth communication, high client satisfaction, timely resolutions, and seamless coordination across internal departments. This role is crucial in building long-term partnerships with B2B clients and strengthening Confetti’s position as a trusted gifting partner. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication & Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective B2B clients via WhatsApp, email, and phone. Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients , HR heads, procurement teams, and decision-makers. Maintain an in-depth understanding of client preferences, order history, and ongoing requirements to offer personalized support. Sales & Support Collaboration Coordinate closely with the Corporate Sales Team to support business pitches, share order updates, and gather customer feedback. Support in the preparation and sharing of quotations, proposals, and pitch decks for corporate clients. Order Lifecycle Management Track and manage client orders from confirmation to delivery, ensuring proactive updates and smooth coordination. Liaise with internal departments (Design, Procurement, Operations, Packaging, and Logistics) to fulfill client requirements and resolve concerns swiftly. Maintain detailed documentation of order timelines, product choices, and client approvals. CRM Software & Data Management Maintain updated and accurate records of all client communications, project updates, and service logs using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar). Generate daily/weekly reports on client interactions, TAT (turnaround time), feedback loops, and unresolved issues for management visibility. Escalation & Issue Resolution Proactively handle queries, complaints, and escalations with empathy, speed, and a solution-driven mindset. Ensure 100% closure of issues within defined timelines, escalating to the manager only in complex or high-impact cases. Customer Retention & Feedback Collect structured feedback from clients post-order fulfillment to evaluate satisfaction and identify improvement areas. Share insights and suggestions with relevant departments for process and service improvement. Key Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in CRM , B2B client servicing , or corporate sales support , preferably in a product-based or corporate gifting industry . Strong communication and interpersonal skills—ability to build rapport and handle CXO-level clients. Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of queries and orders efficiently. Basic understanding of the sales funnel and corporate procurement cycles is a plus. Highly organized, process-oriented, and calm under pressure (especially during festive or seasonal rush). Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and professional email writing. Who Should Apply: You have hands-on experience dealing with corporate clients and B2B stakeholders.
