Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented CRM Manager with experience in real estate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships and optimizing customer lifecycle processes within the real estate industry.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement CRM strategies specifically tailored for the real estate industry to engage with leads, prospects, and existing clients

• Customer Lifecycle & Retention:

• Develop programs to nurture relationships with existing customers, including personalized follow-ups, reminders for property viewing, anniversary emails, and invitations to events.
• Regularly analyze customer data to understand client preferences, behaviours, and trends to deliver tailored services and offers.

• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:

• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging in all client communications.
• Support the sales team with CRM-driven insights and data to help close deals and improve client interaction.

• Customer Service & Communication:

• Oversee communication with customers, ensuring that responses to inquiries, requests for property information, and follow-up emails are timely and personalized.
• Act as a point of contact for resolving any CRM-related customer issues or concerns, ensuring a smooth experience across all customer touchpoints.
• Implement feedback loops to continuously improve customer satisfaction and the overall client experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of the real estate sales process and customer lifecycle management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good Knowledge of CRM Procedures of Real Estate.
• Customer service attitude.
• Preferred candidates from real estate industry with experience of residential/commercial projects.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Advance Excel and Farvision.
