Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced CRM to manage our complete online business end-to-end. This role will own revenue growth, daily operations, customer experience, and team performance across all online channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee website performance, product listings, pricing, promotions, and overall platform hygiene.
  • Lead customer support, dispatch, and packing teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ensure all orders are accurately packed and shipped on time with zero errors.
  • Review daily CRM interactions and drive improvements in conversion, repeat purchases, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with physical stores for stock allocation, click-and-collect orders, and inter-store transfers.
  • Track and analyse online sales metrics, returns, NPS, customer feedback, and operational SLAs.
  • Implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce operational gaps, and enhance the end-to-end customer journey.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
