Preferred Candidate Profile and Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Advanced Degree or Certifications : ITIL, CISSP, CCNA, MCSA preferred. Shall have 8-14 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and support roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure technologies, including but not limited to servers, storage, virtualization, networking, security, and cloud services.
