Payroll & Attendance Oversee timely and accurate payroll processing for HO and site employees. Ensure overtime, incentives, and leave management are properly documented. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling Handle grievances of site workers and HO staff in coordination with project teams. Support welfare initiativesaccommodation, safety, facilities for workers. Qualifications: MBA in HR / PGDHRM or equivalent. 510 years of experience , preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure sector. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of construction labor compliance and site HR handling. Experience managing site-based and mobile workforces. Hands-on with payroll software, Excel, and HRMS tools.
