Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist based in Raipur. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships by driving customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, maintaining and updating the CRM system, analyzing customer data, and working closely with sales and project management teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Additionally, the CRM Specialist will assist in developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve business processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for analyzing customer data and generating insights
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices
• Project Management skills to coordinate and manage customer-related projects
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry is a plus
