Role Description

Mohana Realty is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM & Reporting Manager to manage our sales lead data, coordinate with internal and external teams, and maintain reporting systems. This role is crucial in ensuring every sales enquiry is tracked, followed up, and managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update all customer enquiries using CRM software or Google Sheets

• Track the status of every lead: source, follow-up, site visit, conversion, and drop-off

• Coordinate between the internal team and our marketing partners to ensure smooth lead handovers

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports

• Highlight follow-up delays, hot leads, and conversion trends to the Sales Head

• Organize and maintain digital files: brochures, rate sheets, visit schedules, and deal documents

• Suggest improvements in the lead management process to boost efficiency and conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, MIS reporting, or sales coordination (real estate experience preferred)

• Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, etc., is a plus

• Good communication and coordination skills

• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems

• Comfortable handling confidential data
