Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive, located in Surat. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, enhancing customer experience, ensuring customer retention, analyzing customer data, and supporting sales initiatives. The role involves regular interaction with customers, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: Only from Jewellery Background

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience with customer data analysis
• Proven track record in Customer Retention and enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and customer relationship management
• Ability to work on-site in Surat
• Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
