Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Jewellery CRM Manager based in Surat. The Jewellery CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, overseeing sales processes, segmenting markets, and managing projects to enhance customer experiences. Day-to-day tasks also include analyzing customer data to develop strategies for customer retention and satisfaction, as well as coordinating with the sales and marketing teams.
