We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing team at BytePe. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls to support customers and onboard retailers, resolving queries efficiently, and driving product adoption and sales conversion. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and experience using CRM tools to manage and document customer interactions.
Handle inbound calls from customers and retailers to resolve queries related to BytePes EMI schemes, upgrade offers, payment process, and app functionality.
Outbound calls to follow up with potential customers or inactive retailers and assist them through the transaction, onboarding and activation journey.
Assist retailers in document verification and registration, coordinating with Business Development Executives (BDEs) to resolve any gaps.
Maintain and update customer records, onboarding status, and call outcomes accurately in CRM systems.
Address escalations raised by field teams or customers and ensure timely resolution with proper documentation.
Clearly explain BytePe’s EMI offers and product features, and convince customers
Share daily or weekly reports highlighting call volumes, resolution status, escalations, and customer feedback with the Program Manager and Retail Head.
