Job Description As a Social Media Manager for Vigneto, you will be responsible for: Content Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the tableware brand's goals. Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms. Also to stay updated on the latest trends and algorithm changes to optimise performance. Campaign Execution : Plan and execute social media campaigns and collaborations. Coordinate with influencers and partners to enhance business reach and growth. Content Creation : Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, and written). Ideate and produce engaging video and photo content through organizing photo shoots and collaborating with the design team. Analytics and Reporting : Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of social media content. Provide regular reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and suggest improvements. Brand Consistency : Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels. Uphold the brand's unique voice, style, and messaging in every piece of content. Customer Relationship : Foster a sense of community among followers and customers by actively engaging with comments, messages, and mentions. Duties and responsibilities: Handle B2C and B2B customer queries / issues / concerns / feedback / grievances over phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media Handle WhatsApp Business communication via WhatsApp API tools Convert queries / leads into orders Coordinating with different marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa etc for promoting sales of the products Multitask across multiple dashboards, including Shopify, email, WhatsApp, and CRMS Manage customers queries in their preferred language i.e., English or Hindi Communicate with a premium customer base in an efficient manner Understand the category of tableware and home décor quickly Help customers with technical & billing related queries Coordinate with other teams to make sure customer' queries are resolved Provide personalized product consultations, helping customers find the right fit based on their needs Desired Candidate Profile: Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and negotiation skills Tech-savvy with experience using customer service tools, Shopify, and CRM platforms Should have good work ethics and calm attitude Should be able to manage escalations and queries efficiently
