Role Description

• Build and execute a comprehensive

  content and brand communication strategy

  across social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Lead and mentor the

  creative team (graphic designers, content creators, social media manager)

  to maintain premium brand aesthetics
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee

  brand shoots

  (stylists, photographers, models, set designers)
• Manage

  influencer collaborations

  – from shortlisting and outreach to negotiation and performance tracking
• Drive

  growth & engagement

  through brand and product campaigns, reels, and community-building initiatives
• Analyze performance reports, optimize campaigns, and present monthly dashboards to leadership

Who we are looking for?

• Graduate/Postgraduate from a

  reputed college or design/communication school

• 3–5 years of experience

  in social media/brand marketing (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury preferred)
• Strong

  visual sense, storytelling ability, and aesthetic judgment

• Excellent written & spoken English with confidence in client/influencer interactions
• Someone who thrives in

  creative, fast-moving environments

  and takes ownership
