Role Overview: As a Customer Relations Manager at Chefouse, you will play a vital role in managing customer interactions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include addressing and resolving customer complaints, developing relationships with key clients, overseeing customer service operations, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience. This is a full-time position based in Kozhikode.
