Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Kozhikode. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with relevant labor laws. The role also entails developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits and payroll, conducting training and development programs, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Skills in payroll management and understanding of employee benefits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage training and development programs Thorough understanding of labor laws and ensuring compliance Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in the food industry or manufacturing sector is a plus Show more Show less
