Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager based in Kozhikode. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing and resolving customer complaints, and developing relationships with key clients. They will also oversee customer service operations, collect and analyze customer feedback, and work with other departments to improve customer experience.
