Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Customer Relations Manager. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include coordinating with internal teams, gathering customer feedback, developing strategies to improve client experiences, and contributing to the company's retention and growth initiatives.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Problem-solving abilities, customer service management, and client retention skills
• Organizational and coordination capabilities to work effectively with internal teams
• Knowledge of CRM tools and techniques is an added advantage
