Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Palghat. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for maintaining and improving client relationships, addressing customer queries and concerns, and ensuring satisfaction through prompt and effective communication. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer calls, handling inquiries, overseeing customer feedback processes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service quality. The role requires proactive problem-solving and a commitment to fostering long-term client relationships.
