We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Premium Customer Service team. The role involves managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring a smooth membership experience, and handling renewals through consultative engagement.

• Manage assigned premium (HNI) clients through phone and email communication.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with empathy and professionalism.
• Support renewals and provide product guidance based on client needs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.

• Minimum 2 years of outbound customer service experience (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience handling long-term client relationships (2–6 months+ cycles).
• Ability to work independently with a mature and polished communication style.
• Age: 24 years and above.
• Open to male and female candidates.
