Job Summary We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Premium Customer Service team. The role involves managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring a smooth membership experience, and handling renewals through consultative engagement. Responsibilities Manage assigned premium (HNI) clients through phone and email communication. Build and maintain long-term client relationships with empathy and professionalism. Support renewals and provide product guidance based on client needs. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups. Requirements Minimum 2 years of outbound customer service experience (mandatory). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Experience handling long-term client relationships (2–6 months+ cycles). Ability to work independently with a mature and polished communication style. Age: 24 years and above. Open to male and female candidates. Preferred Experience Candidates from the following backgrounds are encouraged to apply: Relationship Management in Private or Priority Banking Wealth Management or Investment Advisory Premium Education Consulting (₹5L+ packages) Healthcare Concierge or Wellness Advisory Luxury Travel or Experience Design Real Estate Investment Consulting Not Suitable For Transactional sales roles (insurance, ticketing, or retail).
