Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Customer Relations Manager. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client needs and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, overseeing project delivery, coordinating with internal teams, and analyzing client feedback to improve services.

• Problem-Solving, Analytical, and Feedback Analysis skills
• Experience in Outdoor Publicity and Retail Branding services is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
