Job Description:We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to join our CRM team. The role involves meeting potential customers, giving product demos, and driving sales of Forex Cards and Travel Cards. You will be the face of Niyo, helping customers understand our innovative financial solutions. Key Responsibilities:Meet potential customers in person and give demos of Niyo products (Forex & Travel Cards). Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers clearly and confidently. Generate leads through field visits, events, and networking. Build and maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide feedback and market insights to the team for continuous improvement. Requirements:Education: Any Graduate (freshers or experienced candidates can apply). Experience: 0–2 years in field sales, BFSI, fintech, or related domains preferred. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in giving product demos and interacting with diverse customers. Goal-oriented and self-driven. Other Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and have a valid driving license. Comfortable with field sales and outdoor activities.
