Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
  • CRM Software Implementation & Management:
  • Implement and maintain CRM software to streamline customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Train staff on effective use of CRM tools and monitor data accuracy.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Sales Support & Coordination:
  • Assist the sales team in managing leads and converting them into confirmed projects.
  • Coordinate with interior designers, estimators, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Follow up on quotations, invoices, and payments to maintain healthy client relations.
  • Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement:
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance services and processes.
  • Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving customer experience.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and service requests.
  • Generate periodic reports on customer satisfaction, recurring issues, and sales support effectiveness.
  • Team Coordination & Training:
  • Mentor and guide junior customer support staff, ensuring professional handling of clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute client engagement campaigns.
  • Problem Solving & Escalation:
  • Address and resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Suggest preventive measures to minimize future complaints or service issues.
  • Travel Requirements:
  • Travel to client sites, showrooms, and project locations as needed to maintain client relations and oversee project coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
