*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Customer Relationship Building*: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- *Issue Resolution*: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- *Customer Feedback*: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- *Strategy Development*: Develop and implement customer relationship strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- *Performance Monitoring*: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.
*Requirements:*
- *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- *Experience*: Proven experience in customer relations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the automobile industry.
- *Skills*:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools
