You will be responsible for developing user-friendly and visually appealing front-end solutions for the CRM platform of Raheja Developers Ltd., with a focus on enhancing customer experience and streamlining property management processes within the real estate industry. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of client relationships and overall user satisfaction. - Design and develop intuitive, responsive, and scalable front-end solutions tailored to the real estate industry. - Collaborate with product managers, back-end developers, and UI/UX designers to build features meeting the requirements of real estate professionals and clients. - Optimize the CRM interface for enhanced usability, performance, and mobile responsiveness. - Create interactive data visualizations such as property statistics and market trends to facilitate informed decision-making. - Integrate front-end features with backend services for real-time property data management and client interactions. - Develop advanced search filters, property listing pages, and client dashboards for easy access to relevant information. - Ensure seamless integration with third-party real estate APIs and services for efficient data exchange. - Implement robust search functionalities for property, location-based queries, and CRM data. - Maintain high code quality standards, conduct code reviews, and test front-end components regularly. - Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, real estate trends, and CRM best practices. - Ensure adherence to accessibility standards, SEO practices, and performance benchmarks. - Participate actively in Agile development processes such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). - Experience with front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. - Strong understanding of responsive web design and UI components. - Knowledge of property management tools and CRM integrations such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. - Familiarity with real estate data standards (MLS, IDX) and APIs. - Experience with JavaScript libraries for maps like Google Maps API or Leaflet. - Ability to build and maintain real-time applications with complex data sets. - Proficient in version control tools like Git and GitHub. - Experience in debugging cross-browser compatibility issues. - Strong attention to detail and focus on improving user experience. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.,
