Role Overview

Customer Experience & Strategy Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end customer journeys and identify gaps to improve user experience across digital and service touchpoints.
• Use technology platforms (CRM, automation tools, dashboards) to streamline customer experience and feedback management.
• Collaborate with product, tech, and operations teams to implement customer-centric strategies.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to generate insights and propose experience improvements.
• Support in building scalable digital processes for customer onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Develop reports and presentations for leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with nutrition and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer strategy, consulting, product support, or experience management (tech/startup experience a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM tools, automation platforms, or BI dashboards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for health-tech, wellness, and data-driven decision-making.
