Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain close communication with all stakeholders involved in an event
2. Curate and share ingredient lists and other requirements well ahead of the event
3. Ensure ingredient lists are sent to customers on time, reducing last-minute chaos
4. Continuously identify bottlenecks in the event execution workflow and propose automation-first solutions.
5. Collect post-event feedback from the customers and escalate to relevant team
6. Figure out innovative ways to enhance the customer experience
7. Conduct mystery visits to monitor the working of new onboarded chefs in Delhi NCR.
8. Ensure that all customer queries are answered and resolved in a timely manner.

• Ability to independently plan and execute deliverables
• Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requests
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations and maintain relationships
• Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• Most importantly, you must be willing to learn what you don’t know already
