Roles & Responsibilities:Assist in lead generation and customer outreach via calls, emails, and follow-ups. Explain Chefkart’s services to potential customers and convert leads into sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction. Convert leads into customers by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions. Support the sales team in executing strategic plans to drive revenue. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts. Maintain CRM records and update customer interactions regularly. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Contribute to the company's marketing and social media strategy, including campaign ideas, content calendars, and performance tracking. Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). Research industry trends, competitor activity, and user insights to inform strategic decisions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, ops) to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare pitch decks, reports, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders. Drive founder branding efforts through curated posts, updates, and positioning content. Support the Founder in strategic projects, marketing initiatives, and business growth plans.
